Our cows are milked twice a day, and we use this milk and farm made double cream in our ice cream within 24 hours, insuring freshness. The ice cream is then packed, by hand, the very next day. The combination of fresh milk and fresh cream makes ours ice cream so delicious that we have not altered our recipe for 30 years.
We really keep the making of the ice cream in the family. Uniquely a different member of the family is involved in the production of the milk, the cream, the making of the ice cream and finally in the distribution.
Our ice cream is available in retail stores in one litre and 120ml packs. We also supply ice cream parlours, restaurants and hotels in larger sizes.
